As of 01 March 2015, it is required by European Commission that Known Suppliers of in-flight supplies and airport supplies are subject to initial validation before issuance of the status. Moreover, it is required that the entity is subject to regular re-validations with the interval not exceeding 2 years.

The process it self consists of reviewing the entity’s Security Programme so to ensure that it is compliant to National Civil Aviation Security Programme; and of on-site validation to confirm satisfactory implementation of the Security Programme.

On-site validations, like any quality control activities, take time to prepare for, not to mention their conduction and later documentation thereof. This all can be a tedious process, especially if you are not all that familiar with the process. On top of that, you may find your self having uncomfortable discussions with your business partner.

Why not save you the trouble and have experienced auditors to do the job for you? Our services include not only performing and documenting the validations, but also suggesting solutions that are cost-effective and may help you and your supplier cut the security costs, whilst being compliant with the requirements.
