Aviation security training on screening of cargo, mail and in-flight supplies

Aviation security training on screening of cargo, mail and in-flight supplies is a course designated to staff that perform screening of cargo, mail and in-flight supplies by means of visual examination, hand searching, and use of X-ray or ETD equipment.

Content of the course is prescribed by provisions 11.2.2, 11.2.3.3 and 11.2.3.5 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 2015/1998. However, the course itself is tailored to suit your needs and is based on security measures implemented by your company at specific location(s). For instance, screening of in-flight supplies is an optional extra that may be omitted, subject to your preference.

For image interpretation test, computer based X-ray simulator is used. It should be noted that for the practical training, screening equipment available at your premises is used.
