Training for persons implementing baggage reconciliation is a designated course to those that have a role in ensuring the proper hold baggage reconciliation, such as but not limited to check-in desk and gate agents, load co staff and ramp agents.
Content of the course is prescribed by provision 11.2.3.8 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 2015/1998. However, the course itself is tailored to suit your needs and is based on security measures implemented by your company at specific location(s).
