Security training for persons implementing aircraft protection is a course designated to staff that at some point has the responsibility for ensuring that aircraft is protected in accordance with the regulatory requirements. These persons are not necessarily crew members and may include service providers such as maintenance, ground handling, catering or cleaning personnel, depending on the arrangements your company may have.
Content of the course is prescribed by provision 11.2.3.7 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 2015/1998. However, the course itself is tailored to suit your needs and is based on security measures implemented by your company at specific location(s).
