This time, the Seminar followed a new Training Programme, freshly approved by The Estonian Transport Administration and including the additional elements required by Commission Decision C(2025)3014<sup data-fn=\"36243dcb-a2df-4a51-84ec-7a4c3269665c\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#36243dcb-a2df-4a51-84ec-7a4c3269665c\" id=\"36243dcb-a2df-4a51-84ec-7a4c3269665c-link\">1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Out of the 28 attendees, majority had also attended the Seminar on previous years, with four veterans having attended all eight of them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our special thanks to our presenters Mr Arno Pugonen from Rescue Board, Mrs Helgi Hilborn and to Estonian Internal Security Service!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thank all the participants for their active involvement and hope to see you on the next seminar in 2026!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-footnotes\"><li id=\"36243dcb-a2df-4a51-84ec-7a4c3269665c\"><em>European Commission Implementing Decision of 19 May 2025, amending the Commission Implementing Decision C(2015)8005\u00a0laying down detailed measures for the implementation of the common basic standards on aviation security<\/em> <a href=\"#36243dcb-a2df-4a51-84ec-7a4c3269665c-link\" aria-label=\"Jump to footnote reference 1\">\u21a9\ufe0e<\/a><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are proud to announce that Aviation Consulting hosted the Seminar on the developments in the field of civil aviation security already for the eight time.
