{"id":175,"date":"2014-11-01T23:02:01","date_gmt":"2014-11-01T20:02:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aviation.ee\/?page_id=175"},"modified":"2016-01-08T17:42:00","modified_gmt":"2016-01-08T14:42:00","slug":"acc3-validations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aviation.ee\/et\/acc3\/acc3-validations\/","title":{"rendered":"ACC3 validations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pursuant to provision 6.8 of the Annex to regulation (EU) No 2015\/1998, any air carrier carrying cargo or mail from an airport in a third country not listed in Attachment 6-F for transfer, transit or unloading at any airport falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 300\/2008 shall be designated as an \u2018Air Cargo or Mail Carrier operating into the Union from a Third Country Airport\u2019 (ACC3).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ACC3 designation process requires some formalities such as nomination of a person responsible for air cargo security at the specific station and submitting the Declaration of Commitments in a standardized format, but on top of that a validation process conducted by an EU Aviation Security Validator.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The validation consists of scrutinizing the Air Carrier Security Programme in order to establish if procedures described within meet the EU requirements and an on-site verification to verify that these procedures have in fact been implemented.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We offer your company both \u2019table-top\u2019 validations (validations that rely on the report provided by another EU Aviation Security Validator) and validations that include an on-site visit where previous reports are unavailable.
